Feeling sexy is something many of us yearn for, especially when we've lost touch with our sensuality. If you find yourself in that place, feeling lost and disconnected, don't worry - you're not alone. I've been there too, and it took time and effort to reclaim my sexy confidence. Here are some empowering ways to embrace your sexy side and tips to help you reignite your inner fire and feel fabulous again.



1. Unplug and Embrace Your Unique Journey

Start by disconnecting from external influences and embracing your individual path towards feeling sexy and confident. Get off of social media, skip the magazines, tv, and no need to be around people whom are negative. Surround yourself with a caring and supportive community.

The clothes we wear can significantly impact how we feel about ourselves. I was feeling frumpy and lazy in my pajamas that I was use to wearing all of the time of just an oversized shirt and baggy bottoms. Stepping out of my comfort zone I got something more frilly, and skimpy. And man I did not realize how much that was going to sky rocket my confidence. It took a bit to get used to seeing myself like this in the mirror but after about a week I was doing a double take of myself and was like “Wow; that’s actually me and I actually look pretty hot.”


3. Get Comfortable Being Naked

Getting comfortable with your naked body is an important part of feeling sexy and confident. Spend time alone in a safe and private space where you can explore your body without judgment or comparison. Stand in front of the mirror and observe yourself from different angles, appreciating the unique beauty that lies within you.


4. Embrace Self-Touch

Embracing your body and practicing gentle self-touch can be an empowering journey towards self-acceptance and self-love. Whether it's your thighs, chest, stomach, arms, or butt that you may be struggling to love and appreciate, the practice of gentle self-touch can help you develop a greater sense of intimacy with these areas.
