Judy invited me to a Beef and Beer event at Sunnybrook Ballroom; we're friends through work and would go out Friday nights for drinks. At the time I already had another event set up for that evening so I declined. I ended up texting her later on to see if there was still room to join.
"Of course there is!" said Judy. That evening I hung out with Judy and Ron, their friends, their sons, Sage and Seth, and Sage’s girlfriend, Lisa. I had previously met Sage and Lisa and it was such a pleasure hanging out with them once again. Seth and I danced, had fun, and just chatted all night long. Something felt different about him. By the end of the night I realized how wonderful he is.
There were rough storms and a tornado came through Pottstown that night. Judy, Seth's Mom, and Ron asked me to stay the night. The next morning as I was leaving I did something that I had never done before and left Seth my number. I was not sure if I would hear back from him. I was hoping Seth would reach out... and he did!
