  2. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your chest towards the ceiling while dropping your belly towards the ground (Cow Pose).

  3. Exhale, round your back, and tuck your chin towards your chest while pulling your belly button in (Cat Pose).

  4. Flow between Cow and Cat Poses, synchronizing the movements with your breath.

  5. Repeat the sequence for several rounds, gradually increasing the range of motion.

2) Supine Pigeon Pose

Doorway Shoulder Stretch

3) Doorway Shoulder Stretch

Carry Your Confidence

Release tension from your shoulders, the very place where you carry the weight of the world. As you stretch and open this area, visualize releasing any burdens and standing tall with the confidence you deserve.

  1. Find a doorway with enough space to extend your arms comfortably.

  2. Stand in the doorway facing forward, with your feet hip-width apart.

  3. Raise your arms to the sides, parallel to the floor, and bend your elbows to 90 degrees so that your forearms and palms are facing forward. Your upper arms should be parallel to the floor as well.

  4. Step forward with one foot, placing it in front of you through the doorway. Ensure that you maintain a stable stance with your feet.

  5. As you step forward, gently lean your body forward, allowing your chest to move through the doorway. You should feel a stretch in the front of your shoulders and chest. Adjust your position within the doorway to find the appropriate level of stretch.

  6. Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, breathing deeply and relaxing into the stretch.

  7. After holding the stretch, slowly step back and release your arms down to your sides.

  8. Repeat the stretch, this time stepping forward with the opposite foot to ensure balanced stretching.
