Once you're ready to secure your date with us, you will be able to make your initial payment (one third of your customized collection) and sign your contract easily online. Both the contract and initial payment reserve your date on our end!
Then, you will have access to an online portal where all of your records and documents are stored in one convenient location, in addition to helpful planning guides, vendor recommendations, and questionnaires. It's time to celebrate checking off one huge task on your wedding planning list!
Throughout the planning process, we prioritize attention to detail and clear communication, always happy to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and provide referrals.
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll connect to schedule a timeline planning consultation and review all the important details. We offer valuable guidance and resources to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and stress-free.
Our streamlined approach includes detailed worksheets and questionnaires to understand family dynamics, capture meaningful moments, and efficiently organize your requested photos and formal shot lists.
We always recommend including an engagement session to your experience as it's not only an excuse for creating more stunning photos, but it’s also the perfect time to have fun, get comfortable in front of the camera, and spend time getting to know your photographer (after all, this is a once-in-a-lifetime moment!).
We always see such a difference in our couples’ confidence levels in front of any camera when they have scheduled an engagement session, so we can't emphasize this enough. If you schedule an engagement session, we are help to help with selecting a location and along with outfit decisions.
Whether or not we’ve done an engagement session together, I always like to schedule a meeting with you ahead of the big day.
During this meeting we will review final details, discuss any special requests, and and answer any remaining questions to ensure all the details are in place.
It’s important to me that you feel confident and prepared, which is why I always schedule this time for us together!
After your wedding, I personally go through each image with care, selecting and editing them to ensure they reflect the timeless, romantic style you’ve come to expect. (And yes, you’ll receive sneak peeks to relive the magic while you wait!)
Your full online gallery will be delivered within 8-12 weeks, and I’m here to assist with anything from printing and framing to designing heirloom albums or gallery walls that you’ll treasure forever.

Having time to get comfortable in front of the camera makes a HUGE difference on the wedding day. It will give you and your fiancé a chance to get a feel for my posing style, so that on your wedding day you will feel confident and at ease when it comes time for portraits!

Yes! We have business insurance that can be provided to your venue if requested.
Engagement sessions are a wonderful way for us to connect and for you to enjoy some time together in front of the camera before the wedding. Since most couples haven’t had a professional session before getting engaged, it can feel a bit awkward at first! This session helps melt away any jitters, so by the time your wedding day arrives, you’ll feel comfortable and confident.
Choosing your location for your engagement session is part of the fun! You want to choose a location that you feel comfortable with and perhaps means something to you as a couple. Think about your first date, a hobby you share or even just a pretty place you love! This is the time to express yourself as a couple!
The engagement session should be scheduled at least 5 weeks before you plan to send your save the dates or wedding invitations. We do schedule these Monday-Thursday as Friday, Saturday and Sunday are reserved for wedding commissions.
The number of images in your final gallery will vary based on a number of circumstances: location, weather, personality, number of people, and hours of coverage/session. On average I deliver between 50-100 pictures per hour.
YES! Travel is one of the things I love about my job! I am always willing to travel! Get in touch to see our current travel collections and check out our travel bucket list!
Travel pricing is determined on a case by case basis but typically we ask for a stipend and then we will book the plane ticket and a bed to sleep in.
Yes! You will never receive any images straight out of camera. I take a lot of images on a wedding day and my editing processing begins with culling through all of those images to rid the collection of duplicates. I then digitally process all photos with my personal photographic aesthetic before you see them!
An anniversary session is a fantastic way to celebrate the milestone of your one-year anniversary (or any year, really!). It’s a great opportunity to capture beautiful images that reflect your journey together. Plus, these sessions are relaxed and fun, making it easy to enjoy each other’s company while creating lasting memories.
Without a doubt! A wedding album is an essential way to ensure your memories are preserved for years to come. While digital files can be easily forgotten, a beautiful album is a lasting keepsake that you and your family can cherish. Our heirloom albums are made with the highest quality materials, and we’ll personally design the album to capture the essence of your special day, making it a breeze for you.
Turnaround time will vary depending on my schedule but usually portrait sessions are delivered in 3-5 weeks and weddings are delivered in 8-10 weeks.
