We deal with enough challenges and stressors each day that went need self-care that is taking care of ourselves in a new way which is NOT selfish. We do our best when we are at our best. Do as much or as little and even repeat some of these if you love them so much!

  • Mani Pedi

  • Massage

  • Long bubble bath

  1. Social Media Detox

  2. Declutter Your Space

  3. Meditate

  4. Read a Book or Article

  5. Have a Friend Date

  8. Enjoy a god Cup or Tea or Coffee

  10. Dance while jamming out to some good music

  12. Do something that you loved as a kid
